Club Ethos
Pride Park Football Club is a FA Charter Standard Community football club based in Derby. The club was established in 2002 and is affiliated to the Derbyshire County FA.
At Pride Park Football Club our focus is on our core values of Respect, Enjoyment and Inclusivity. Our values ensure we provide a safe grassroots environment for our players to develop both as individuals and as young sports men and women.
Our ethos defines who we are and what we believe in. It is important because it gives parents and players an expectation of what they can expect from the club and sets a standard for our volunteers to follow.
Our club ethos sets out how the club is run, following our core values of Respect, Enjoyment and Inclusivity;
All coaches are qualified to FA Level 1 as a minimum (or in the case of new coaches are committed to attaining Level 1 at the earliest opportunity), are encouraged to attain higher coaching levels, and have been DBS checked, enabling us to provide a safe and friendly environment for the development of youth football.
Our teams play in the Derbyshire Girls and Ladies Leagues.
