Pride Park FC is a community club and is committed to making football as accessible as possible. We are therefore delighted to announce the launch of The Boot Room, which will be run by Beccy Carney, allowing previously used football boots, astroturf trainers and shin pads that have been outgrown, to be given a new home whilst also drastically reducing the number of boots that are needlessly sent to landfill.

Thanks to Beccy, you can now donate previously used football boots and shin pads to her, so they can be made available to other club members.

Rather than throw away good quality boots, trainers or shin pads you can now donate them to the Boot Room via Beccy so that they can be made available for others, in return for a small donation; £5 for boots and £2 for shin pads. In this way, we’ll be helping members reduce the cost of participation, whilst at the same time making a modest contribution to fund raising.

Beccy aims to be at training on the 2nd Tuesday of each month but you can also e-mail her at boot-room@prideparkfc.com for more information, to enquire about current stock, or to arrange to see or try a pair for size at any other time.
