The Women’s 1st team have confirmed their pre-season schedule, which includes a return to the Derby Futsal Club Futsal Tournament at University of Derby on 27th July, plus four away and two home fixtures ahead of the start of the season on 1st September.

There’s a chance to renew some old acquaintances with a visit to last season’s Women’s FA Cup opponents, Nuneaton Borough and hosting Allexton & New Parks at Moorways.

The pre-season programme gets underway on 21st July with a visit to East Goscote United at Wreake Valley Academy in Leicester.

There’s five games in August starting with visit to Derbyshire League newcomers Gresley Rovers, who lifted the Leicestershire League Div 2 title last season. That is followed by a trip to Brookside Athletic, who finished last season as Leicestershire League Runners-Up, before the trip to Nuneaton on 18th.

Another Regional League side, Loughborough Foxes, are the visitors to Moorways on Weds 21st, before pre-season concludes when Allexton & New Parks come to Moorways on 25th August.
