1) Contact the Secretary secretary@prideparkfc.com, or by text message stating which team you wish to support with fundraising; see the Club Officials and Contacts for the number.

2) the secretary will provide the details for you to set up a monthly standing order transfer, or pay for an annual entry to the club’s account

3) On receipt of payment your entry will be acknowledged and the number(s) allocated to you will be confirmed. Entries and payments received by 15th of the month will be included in that month’s draw.
